Appointment Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: Absolutely! We understand that schedules change. To ensure efficient use of our time and yours, please notify us at least 1 business day in advance by emailing info@battlehealthconsulting.com.

Q: What happens if I cancel my appointment late?

A: Cancellations made within 1 business day of your appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Q: What if I miss my appointment entirely (no-show)?

A: Unfortunately, no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Q: Are there any exceptions to this policy?

A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

It's important to let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
